摘要
新能源产业是一个复杂的系统,它的正常运行需要强大、稳健而持久的动力。新能源产业发展的动力因素包括技术进步、市场需求、产业链构建、政府政策和发展环境等。其中,技术进步、市场需求和产业链构建构成新能源产业发展的内部动力系统,政府政策和发展环境构成新能源产业发展的外部动力系统。内部动力系统和外部动力系统本身以及两大动力系统之间的协调运行构成新能源产业发展的动力机制。完善的动力机制是推动新能源产业健康快速发展的重要条件。
The new energy industry is a complex system and its normal operation needs strong,stable and lasting driving forces.The driving forces contain technology progress,market demand,construction of industry chain,government policy and development environment.Technology progress,market demand and construction of industry chain constitute the inner driving force system,while government policy and development environment constitute the external driving force system.These two driving force systems and the harmonious cooperation between them constitute driving force mechanism.The perfect driving force mechanism is the important condition to encourage new energy industry.
