摘要
通过对传统GEM模型进行改造,构建从"基础、企业、市场、环境"四维视角对区域旅游集群竞争力进行测度的GEMS模型;并运用GEM与GEMS模型分别对张家界和大九寨旅游集群竞争力进行实证测度。研究表明,GEMS模型的测度结果更为全面和客观,评价结果可为旅游集群中相关主体改善管理决策提供借鉴与参考。
Tourism industry belongs to modem service industry. Social environment has a profound impact on the industry development. GEM model has obvious advantage in comparison with diamond model, but it does not take social environment factors into account. After transformation of traditional GEM model, GEMS model was established from "foundation, corporate, marketing, environment," four-dimensional perspective for measuring regional tourism cluster competitiveness. What' s more, regional tourism cluster competitiveness in Zhangjiajie and Jiuzhaigou was measured respectively based on GEM and GEMS model. The study shows that measurement results based on GEMS is better comprehensive and objective. The results can provide valuable references to improve management decisions for relevant cluster departments and organizations.
