摘要
血管紧张素Ⅱ-1受体(AT1R)作为血管紧张素Ⅱ的一个重要受体,在收缩血管,调节血压、血容量,维持机体水、电解质平衡等方面研究较多。非酒精性脂肪肝(NAFLD)是一种遗传-环境-代谢应激相关性疾病,发病机制至今仍不明确,目前已成为很多国家慢性肝功能损害的常见原因,易导致肝纤维化。最近的研究表明血管紧张素Ⅱ-1受体及其基因与非酒精性脂肪肝、肝纤维化发病密切相关。本文就近年来关于血管紧张素Ⅱ-1受体及其基因与非酒精性脂肪肝及纤维化的关系研究进行概述。
Angiotensin Ⅱ-1 receptor(AT1R) which is an important angiotensin Ⅱ receptor has been studied in many aspects,such as contraction of blood vessels,regulation of blood pressure and blood volume,maintainance of water,electrolyte balance,etc.Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD) is a heredity-environment-metabolism-stress related disease,but its pathogenesis is still unknown.NAFLD has become a common reason of chronic liver damage in many countries,and has a trend of developing liver fibrosis.It is studied that AT1R and its gene are highly related to NAFLD and liver fibrosis.The recent status and progress of the relationship of AT1R,its gene with NAFLD,liver fibrosis will be reviewed in this paper.
