基于结构方程模型的IT企业员工工作压力影响因素分析

摘要
本文利用结构方程模型分析了IT企业员工工作压力与其影响因素之间的关系,为IT企业认知员工工作压力的影响因素,进行工作压力管理提供理论依据。
