摘要
基于内容检索的病理信息管理系统中,目标分割技术始终是特征参数测量的一个重要环节。本文研究了分割重叠细胞核的几种数学形态学方法,从理论和实验两方面分别讨论了各方法的原理、优缺点和适用性。
For pathological information management system, which is based on content retrieving, technology of object segmentation is always an important part of parametric measurement. This paper presented several methods of mathematical morphology. The principles, advanlages and disadvantages, and applicability of the methods are discussed from both sides of theory and experiment.
