稻谷直链淀粉含量简化测定方法探讨 被引量:3

摘要 研究了样品脱脂与不脱脂处理对稻谷中直链淀粉含量测定结果的影响。结果表明,经脱脂处理,样品的直链淀粉含量测定结果显著高于未经脱脂处理的测定结果(p<0.05,配对秩和检验),两者之间的估计转换系数为0.89,直线相关性显著,达到0.9584,回归方程为y=0.791x+1.7926。由此可见,不脱脂处理简化直链淀粉含量测定是可行的,为育种和种子品质的快速评价提供了一种简化测定方法。
