摘要
目的 探讨输卵管沙眼衣原体感染与输卵管妊娠的关系。方法 采用 Ｐ Ｃ Ｒ 技术对１０６例输卵管妊娠病人手术切除的输卵管标本进行了沙眼衣原体 Ｄ Ｎ Ａ 检测，并与卵巢肿瘤或子宫肌瘤行手术切除的输卵管标本中沙眼衣原体的检测结果进行了比较。结果 研究组１０６ 例输卵管中检出沙眼衣原体３２ 例，占３０ ．０９ ％ ，对照组６７ 例输卵管中检出沙眼衣原体５ 例，占７ ．４６ ％ ，两组比较有显著性差异（ Ｐ ＜ ０ ．０１） 。结论 输卵管沙眼衣原体感染与输卵管妊娠密切相关。
Objective To investigate the correlations between the infection of oviductal chlamydi trachomatis and tubal pregnancy.Methods Chlamydi trachomatis DNA were determined in tubal specimens resected in 106 cases of patients with tubal pregnancy by PCR technique and the detective results of chlamydi trachomatis in tubal specimens resected in operations of ovarian tumors or hysteromyoma were compared with this technique.Results Of the 106 cases of oviducts in the study group,32 cases were positive in their chlamydi trachomatis (30.09%),whereas,of the 67 cases in the control group,5 cases were positive (7.46%).There were significant differences in these two groups in their positive rates of chlamydi trachomatis.Conclusion The infection of oviductal chlamydi trachomatis has close correlation with tubal pregnancy.
