摘要
以人为本是科学发展观的核心,也是教育的基本价值取向。针对高校师范生的专业技能普遍存在问题的现象,从以人为本的视角透视高校在培养师范生的专业技能中存在的问题,包括高校忽视学生的主体性、个体性以及对学生缺乏人性化的关怀等几个方面,并提出相应的方法,以促使高校以学生为本,加强师范生的专业技能。
Taking people as the foremost is the core of scientific concept of development, and the core of the education. In this article, we pay attention to how to cultivate college normal students＇ professional skills with the way of taking people as the foremost, including the lack of the subjectivity, individuality and the care about students. We propose the countermeasures and try to help college cultivate students＇ professional skills.
