摘要
目的:清热化痰方对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)急性加重期患者IL-8、TNF-α的影响。方法:将81例COPD急性加重期患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组单用西药,治疗组在西药基础上使用清热化痰方,1周为1个疗程,连用2个疗程。并在治疗前后观察IL-8、TNF-α。结果:治疗组与对照组相比,治疗后IL-8、TNF-α水平显著下降。结论:清热化痰方能够有效降低COPD急性加重期患者IL-8、TNF-α水平。
Objective：To observe the influence about the recipe of cleaning away heat-evil and eliminating aputum to IL-8,TNF-αof COPD acute aggravation time patient.Method：81 COPD patients were randomly divided into two groups the control group uses the western medicine,the treatment group use the western medicine and the recipe of cleaning away heat-evil and eliminating,1 week is a treatment course,is used together 2 treatment courses.And observes IL-8,TNF-α.after the treatment.Results：The treatment group and the control group compare,after the treatment,the level of IL-8,TNF-αobviously drops.Conclusion：The recipe of cleaning away heat-evil and eliminating can reduce IL-8,TNF-α of COPD acute aggravation time patient effectively.
