摘要
目的:探讨反复呼吸道感染肺脾气虚证患儿与微量元素、血红蛋白、碱性磷酸酶、免疫球蛋白、T淋巴细胞亚群等13项实验室检查之间的相关性。方法:按RRTI诊断标准,筛选出肺脾气虚证患儿35例,在急性感染好转后1周抽取空腹血,分别检测微量元素(Zn、Fe、Cu、Ca)、血红蛋白(Hb)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、免疫球蛋白(IgG、IgA、IgM)、T淋巴细胞亚群(CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+),并和健康儿童15名进行同期对照。结果:RRTI患儿全血中Fe、Hb明显低于对照组(P<0.01),Zn低于对照组(P<0.05),而Cu在两组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);血清中IgG低于对照组(P<0.05),IgA明显低于对照组(P<0.01),而IgM在两组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);CD3+、CD4+/CD8+低于对照组(P<0.05),CD4+明显低于对照组(P<0.01)、而CD8+却高于对照组(P<0.05);Ca、ALP在两组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:RRTI肺脾气虚证患儿存在锌缺乏、营养性缺铁性贫血和免疫功能紊乱。
Objective:Of recurrent respiratory tract infections and trace elements in children with spleen deficiency syndrome and the lung,hemoglobin,alkaline phosphatase,immunoglobulin,T cell subsets 13 the correlation between laboratory tests.Methods:RRTI diagnostic criteria,and selected 35 children with pulmonary spleen deficiency syndrome,improved in 1 week after acute infection collected fasting blood,Were used to detect trace elements(Zn,Fe,Cu,Ca),hemoglobin(Hb),alkaline phosphatase(ALP),immunoglobulin(IgG,IgA,IgM),T lymphocyte subsets(CD3+,CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+),and 15 healthy children and were in control.Results:RRTI children with whole blood Fe,Hb was significantly lower than the control group(P〈0.01),Zn lower than the control group(P〈0.05),and Cu between the two groups showed no significant difference(P〉0.05);Serum IgG than the control group(P〈0.05),IgA was significantly lower than the control group(P〈0.01),and IgM between the two groups showed no significant difference(P〉0.05);CD3+,CD4+/CD8+ compared with the control group(P〈0.05),CD4+ was significantly lower than the control group(P〈0.01),and CD8+ was higher(P〈0.05);Ca,ALP between the two groups showed no significant difference(P〉0.05).Conclusion:RRTI lung spleen deficiency syndrome in children with zinc deficiency,nutritional iron deficiency anemia and immune dysfunction.
