摘要
目的: 探讨中药复方铸骨冲剂对实验性骨质疏松症的防治作用。方法: 采用维甲酸造成的大鼠实验性骨质疏松症模型, 研究了铸骨冲剂对实验大鼠血清生化及骨密度等指标的影响。结果: 铸骨冲剂158 g/kg , 316 g/kg 能明显增强血清碱性磷酸酶的活性( P< 001 , P< 005) 、升高血清钙的浓度 ( P< 005 , P< 001) , 降低尿羟脯氨酸/ 尿肌酐的比值 ( 均 P< 001) , 防止骨密度的降低 ( P< 001 , P< 005) 和骨骼中钙 ( P< 001 , P< 005) 、磷 ( 均 P< 005) 元素含量的降低。结论: 铸骨冲剂能在一定程度上抑制骨吸收, 促进骨形成, 对实验性骨质疏松症具有明显的防治作用。
Objective:To investigate the prevention and cure of experimental osteoporosis by compound Chinese drugs Zhugu Chongji.Methods:With the model of experimental osteoporosis caused by tretinoin,we studied Zhugu Chongji's effects on serium biochemistry and bone mineral density results of experimental rats.Results: Zhugu Chongji(1 58g/kg,3 16g/kg) can significantly increase the activity of serium alkaline phosphatase( P <0 01, P <0 05) and the concentration of blood calcium( P <0 05, P <0 01),while they decrease urine hydroxyproline urine creatinine ratio(both P <0 01).It can also prevent against the decrease of bone mineral density( P <0 01, P <0 05) and calcium( P <0 01, P <0 05),phosphorus(both P <0 05) content in bones. Conclusion:Zhugu Chongji can reduce bone absorption and promote osteosis to some extent.It can significantly prevent and cure experimental osteoporosis.
