摘要
目的 :探讨灵鹿接骨胶囊对骨质疏松性骨折愈合的影响。方法 :采用 60只 1 0月龄雄性大鼠口服维甲酸建立骨质疏松模型 ,造模 1 4天后作右侧桡骨骨折 ,随机分为模型组、接骨丹组、灵鹿接骨胶囊高剂量组、中剂量组、低剂量组 ,术后 2 4小时开始给药。分别于术后第 1 5天和第 3 0天分两批处死 ,对其桡骨骨折端行 X线摄片观察、组织学观察。结果 :从 X线和组织学检查显示灵鹿接骨胶囊组优于模型组。结论 :灵鹿接骨胶囊具有促进骨质疏松性骨折愈合的作用。
Objective:To explore the effect of Linglu Jiegu Capsule on fracture healing of osteoporosis in animal models.Methods: Male rats aged 10-month were fed with Retinoic Acid for the production of osteoporotic models, fracture were produced at middle shaft of the right radius 14 days after they were given drugs. Then they were divided randomly into 5 groups: Model group, Jiegudan group, Linglu Jiegu Capsule in high dosage group, Linglu Jiegu Capsule in middle dosage group, Linglu Jiegu Capsule in low dosage group. After the 24th hours of operation they were given medicine. Six rats in each group were killed on the 15th and 30th day after operation to observe the radiographic findings and histological changes of the fractural ends.Results:Radiographic findings and histological changes of the fractural ends in group with Linglu Jiegu Capsule were better than those in Model group. Conclusions: The Linglu Jiegu Capsule has the effect of promoting fracture healing in animal models of osteoporsis.
