摘要
高校学籍档案管理是高校教学档案的重要组成部分,又是一项繁杂而专业性很强的工作。因此,做好高校学籍档案管理工作,抓好院(系)学籍档案信息化管理建设显得尤为重要。分析高校院(系)学籍档案管理的特点和现状,主张从系统模块设置、信息录入、信息查找三个方面,建立学籍档案管理应用系统。
College students＇ registration files management is the important component of college teaching files,which is a complex and specialized work.To do well in college students＇ registration files management,department students＇ registration files Informationization is very important.This paper has analyzed the characteristics and current situation of college students＇ registration files management,and proposed to set up students＇ registration files management system from system module setting,information input,and information searching.
