摘要
高校学籍档案是学校档案的重要组成部分,随着学校办学规模的扩大、专业设置和学生人数的逐年增加,部分院校的校外办学点或分校区的增加,原来基于小型数据库的、半手工操作的学籍档案系统已难以适应学校发展的要求。
The university school register file is an important component of the school file. However, as the school scale and the student enrollment are expanding, the specialties established are more diversified, and some college or universities are establishing more off-campus institutions or branch schools, the original half manual operated system of the school register file, which based on a small database, can no longer meet the request of the school development.
