摘要
对纺丝箱体、组件等关键设备进行技术升级改造,将普通涤纶长丝侧吹纺丝生产线改造为环吹DIO组件纺丝生产线,并选择合适的工艺参数,生产出后加工性能优良的270 dtex/144 f涤纶细旦预取向丝。
With the Modification of spin beam and spin pack,lateral blowing was altered into circular blowing of DIO spin pack and the process paremeters were adjusted accordingly.The 270 dtex/144 f fine denier pre-oriented yarn with stable processibility was produced.
