熔体直纺在线添加制备差别化聚酯纤维研究进展 被引量:20

摘要 首先肯定了聚酯纤维的广阔发展前景,明确了熔体直纺成为生产聚酯纤维的关键技术,指出了我国现有聚酯纤维品种存在的突出矛盾。依据混合装置中混合器的特征,将熔体直纺在线添加分为四种类型。分别介绍了各种类型在线添加装置的特点,并结合具体实例,阐述了各自生产差别化聚酯纤维的工艺流程。重点介绍了国际先进的用于高粘流体的动态混合器的结构及混合原理。最后,提出熔体直纺在线添加技术将成为生产差别化、功能化聚酯纤维的主要技术。 In this paper, the broad development prospect of polyester fiber was confirmed. Directly melt spinning was regarded as the key technology to produce the fiber. Besides, the prominent contradictions between a variety of present polyester fibers was emphasized. The melt directly spinning with on-line addition was classified into four types according to characteristics of mixers in mixing devices. The characteristics of various on-line addition devices were introduced respectively and the processes to produce differential polyester fiber were described together with exact cases. Among other things, the international advanced dynamic mixer for high viscous fluid was investigated. Ultimately, the melt directly spinning with on-line addition was considered as main technology to produce differential and functional polyester fiber.
