摘要
为探讨埋藏胎儿胸腺治疗再生障碍性贫血(再障)的机理,将胎儿骨髓细胞(BMC)、胸腺细胞(TC)分别培养和同、异体的BMC—TC混合培养。结果BMC培养8d见细胞丛(≥40个细胞);TC培养6d时见生长较好的胸腺小体;BMC—TC同体混合培养8d见细胞丛(≤40个细胞),不见集落形成,亦见胸腺小体,15d后细胞数减少;BMC—TC异体混合培养与同体混合培养无明显变化。
We have cultivated fetal bone marrow cells(BMC), thymocytes(TC), mixed cultivation of foetus own(BMC—TC) and foreign foetus(BMC—TC) to research principle. We observed colony forming unit cells(CFU—c)(≥40 cells) after being cultivated eight day. The thymus corpuscle was observed when we cultivated thymocytes on sixth day. We observed the cell clump(≤40 cells) and the thymus corpuscle of BMC—TC mixed cultivation of foetus own on eighth day, but did not observe the forming unit cells. The amount of cells reduce after fifteen days. It was similar that BMC—TC were cultivated both foetus and foreign fortus.
