摘要
介绍了起重机机械的一种松闸装置,其布置在起升机构的上滑轮装置与高速轴液压推杆制动器之间;当起升载荷接近100%时(可调节),利用上滑轮装置受载下压的力量驱动机构动作,实现制动器松闸,达到保护起升机构的作用。该装置无需外加动力,无需人工干预,可靠性高,易于调节,实现了对起重机的保护。
This paper proposes a brake release mechanism of crane which arranged between the upper pulley block of hoist and the hydraulic thruster brake on high-speed shaft. The upper pulley block will move downward and drive the mechanism when the lifted load reaches the rated value which can be set. And then the mechanism make the hydraulic thruster brake released, so the crane will be free of over loading. The brake release mechanism can protect the crane without extra power or manual intervention, and have the property of high reliability, easy for adjustment.
