摘要 目的对大鼠脑缺血-再灌注模型的制备方法进行改进,使得成功率更高、操作更为简便。方法将传统的自颈外动脉插线转入颈内动脉改为由颈总动脉插线直接进入颈内动脉制备大鼠大脑中动脉缺血-再灌注模型,并进行大鼠行为学的评价,以观察改良方法的可靠性。结果改良组大鼠出现神经功能障碍,脑组织缺血梗死,较对照组操作简单,缺血成功率高。结论该改良法制备的模型是研究局灶性脑缺血的更为理想的实验动物模型。 Objective To improve the preparation method of rat cerebral ischemia and reperfusion model,making the success rate higher and the operation more convenient.Methods To change the traditional method,insert the fishing line from the cable directly into the rat carotid artery and further middle cerebral artery,the ischemia-reperfusion model was made.The rats' behavior was evaluated in order to observe the improved reliability of the method.Results There are less neurological dysfunctions in the modified group in cerebral ischemia/infarction rats,easier to operate and higher success rate than those of the traditional group.Conclusions The improved model of focal cerebral ischemia is a more ideal experimental animal model.
