摘要
本文从油茶种植面积、产量和产值,简述了湖南省油茶产业概况;分析了湖南省低产油茶林的成因,即缺乏优化经营管理,致使人工经济林向自然混交林演化;生态系统构建水平低,品种良莠不齐,林龄老化;重短期经济效益轻油茶林生态系统。提出了油茶低产林抚育改造、品种优化的技术框架,规范经营管理模式,建立区域经济林"经济效益、生态服务功能"双向评价指标体系,合理计算油茶林系统的价值,推进油茶产业化发展等对策措施。
This article described the industrial situation of camellia oleifera planting area as long as yield and output value in Hunan Province.The causes of low yield in Hunan Province was analyzed,that is,the lack of optimization management which caused natural forests degenerating to artificially mixed forest;low level of ecological system construction,the old camellia forest age,and mismanagement and intermingled varieties;Attach more importance to short-term economic than long-term eco-system.This paper proposed measurements for optimization and reconstruction the camellia forest,present the establishment of the regional economic forest＂economic benefit-ecological service function＂two-way evaluation index system for reasonable calculating the value of camellia forest,so as to promote the development of industrialization of camellia oleifera and provide references for other areas.
