摘要
从油茶基地建设、油茶良种化、油茶加工和综合利用及油茶产业政策和发展模式四个方面简要介绍了湖南油茶产业化现状,在分析目前湖南油茶产业发展过程中存在的问题的基础上,提出湖南油茶产业必须制定发展规划,落实相关扶持政策;加快油茶良种步伐,推广优质与标准化栽培技术;完善产品深加工和综合利用技术,强化油茶产品质量控制意识;增加产业化技术支撑方面的资金投入,强化油茶产业社会化服务体系的发展对策。
From four directions,base construction,thoroughbred change,the tea process and comprehensive use,industry policy and development mode,introduced present condition of tea industry in Hunan.On the base of the analysis of current tea industry in Hunan,raised up the development countermeasures of tea industry in Hunan,such as making the developing plan and putting supportive policies into practice;quickening thoroughbred change and expanding maximum yield and superior quality and standard cultivating technology;perfecting product depth process and comprehensive use technolo-gy;strengthening the control idea of product quality;increasing the investment of industrialization technology support and strengthening the system of society service.
