摘要
目的:加强对病房药柜的管控,提升医院精细化管理。方法:细致分析病房药柜的特点和存在的矛盾,借助信息化手段,设计合理的业务流程。结果:设计了基数控制模式和自由请领模式,实现病房药柜的库存管理,并满足监管部门的管控需求。结论:通过设计业务流程,为医院对病房药柜管理的难题提供行之有效的解决方案,具有积极意义。
Objective： Strengthen the management of ward medicine stock. Methods： Analyzing difficulties in management and characteristics of ward medicine in detail, design reasonable process for management of ward medicine. Results： The way based on the threshold of inventory quantity and the way based on ward＇ s request all can realize the management of ward medicine. Conclusion： The process in the article can improve the efficiency and quality of management about ward medicine, and it is very worthiness.
