摘要
通过对转炉烟道的数值模拟,建立了转炉汽化冷却烟道模型,通过对烟道的温度场模拟、压力场模拟以优化转炉汽化冷却烟道,降低单位能耗。对改善转炉冶炼的成本、减轻环境污染和优化工艺结构具有重要意义。
Based on the numerical simulation of the converter flue,evaporative cooling converter model was established,through simulation of the flue temperature field to optimize the converter cooling flue,reducing energy consumption.It is of great significance to reduce the cost of BOF,reduce pollution and optimize the process structure.
