摘要
知情同意权是患者的重要权利之一,调查显示,患者对知情同意权非常认同,同时对于医生告知内容、告知时间、术前签字对患者的心理影响、患者对术前签字的认识误区及签字后手术失败医院的责任等问题表明了他们的观点,这有助于提高医师专业精神建设的准确性和针对性。
The right of informed consent is one of the patients＇ rights. This survey showed that the patients had great claim on the fight of informed consent. Meanwhile, in terms of prompting precise and pertinence construction of medical professionalism, it also showed the patients＇ views of informing content and time of doctors, patients＇ psychology impact on signing before surgery, patients＇ misunderstandings of signing before surgery, as well as hospital＇s responsibility for failed surgery.
