摘要
分析了游梁式抽油机用的异步电动机负载转矩正负波动变化导致供电系统和电动机的电能损耗剧烈增加的原因,以及改变抽油机的机械运行部分转动惯量与电能损耗的关系。在此基础上提出一种新的减少抽油机系统电损耗的机理。通过串联双向可控硅控制电动机运行。
Abstract The phenomena are studied
in detail that load torque and rotation inertia fluctuate drastically in beam pumping unit
working.The physical circuit and the simulation model of the machine applied in the beam pumping
unit and the power system has been established and the dynamic processed of the mode working
are simulated under different conditions on NETOMAC,a simulation software of power system.By
this way,the reason is pointed out why a large capacity machine must be chosen to drag the small
average load in oilfields.Furthermore,the origin of the system loss is found and the method to
save electrical energy is proposed.
