摘要
为了实现变频控制系统在抽油机节能中的应用,设计实现了一种新的方法来解决目前抽油机变频器应用中存在的能量回馈问题,即在变频器主电路之外并联一个电抗器进行能量回馈。在某抽油机智能变频控制系统的实验中证明,该方法是切实可行的,并取得了良好的效果。该方法避免了变频器主电路过大的回馈冲击电流,提高了系统的可靠性,同时降低了设备成本,非常适合油田抽油机变频控制系统应用。
In order to realize the energy saving application of the frequency conversion control systems on oil pumping units, a new method has been designed to solve the energy feedback problemthat exits in the frequency converter applications on oil pumping units. That is to place aparallel reactor carrying on the energy feed back outside the main circuit of the frequency converter. It has been proved in the experiment of an intelligence frequency conversion control system on oil pumping units that, this method is practically feasible, and it obtains the good effect. This method avoided the oversized surge current in the main circuit of the frequency converter, enhanced reliability of the system, simultaneously reduced the equipment cost, and it extremely suits the applications offrequency conversion control systems on oil pumping units.
