未来石油化工装置的操作与控制

摘要 使石油化工生产装置的运行自动地适应市场原料和产品需求变化,满足安全和环境要求,充分发挥生产装置的能力,实现操作的自动化和闭环实时优化,将带来巨大的经济效益。近20年来,石油化工过程先进控制和相关技术的发展,为未来30年内达到这一操作控制水平奠定了基础。进一步发展的关键技术是生产过程机理动态数学模型的开发和应用,使生产过程的控制与优化真正建立在科学的基础上,像工艺、流程和设备一样,先进过程控制和优化系统也可在设计中提供,实现过程控制和设计的一体化,进一步提高经济效益,全面促进石油化工各项技术和生产管理水平的提高。 The huge economic benefits will be obtained if the petrochemical units runing can be controlled in compliance with the market requirements for feedstock & product voluntarily, meeting the demands of safety and environment,making the unit into full play, and realizing the automation of operation and closed-loop real-time optimization. The developments of advanced coned and related technologies of petrochemical processes in the past 20 years have laid a foundation for achieving such a control level in the future 30 years. The key technology for further developing is the development and application of dynamic mathematical models of the mechanism of production pro- cesses, making the coned and optimization establish really on the basis of science. Like technology, scheme and equipment, advanced process control and optimization system can also be provided in design to realize the integration of process control and design, so that economic benefits can be increased and the levels of petrochemical technology and production management can be improved.
