摘要
针对原油蒸馏塔在各塔板上不可能达到相平衡的特点 ,直接应用传质和传热理论 ,建立了原油常压蒸馏塔的非平衡级动态数学模型。基于简化的动态数学模型 ,进行了仿真研究。仿真结果表明 ,所建模型基本能够反映原油蒸馏塔的实际特性 ,与理论分析基本吻合。另外探讨了基于模型的柴油凝点的在线计算方法 ,计算结果可以作为操作参考。
Aiming at the characteristics of the trays of crude atmospheric distillation column could not reach phase equilibrium, a non-equilibrium dynamic model for crude atmospheric distillation column was established based on the mass transfer and heat transfer theories. The simulation researches were applied based on the simplified dynamic model, and the results showed that the model could reflect the actual characters of the said column and fit well with the chemical theory. Additionally, the on-line calculation method for the freezing point of diesel oil was discussed, and the results could be used as operation references.
