摘要
目的：完善和提高芩暴红止咳口服液的质量标准。方法：分别采用薄层色谱法和液相色谱法对满山红与暴马子皮进行定性研究；采用高效液相色谱法测定杜鹃素含量。结果：鉴别专属性强，含量测定杜鹃素在0．0123～0．3075μg范围内，线性关系良好，平均回收率98．13％（RSD1．04％）。结论：本方法快速简便、重现性好，可用于芩暴红止咳口服液的质量控制。
Objective： To improve the quality standard for Qinbaohong Oral Solution . Methods： TLC and HPLC methods are established for the identification and determination of flavnoidids components in the Qinbaohong Oral Solution. Results： The identification was accurate, the linear range was from 0. 012 3 -0. 307 5μg, and the average recovery rate was 98. 13% with RSD 1.04%. Conclusion： The method is quick, simple and repeatable for the quality control for Qinbaohong Oral Solution.
