摘要
目的:研究蝉贝口服液的祛痰、止咳、抗炎及免疫调节作用。方法:采用小鼠气管酚红排泄法和氨水引咳法评价蝉贝口服液的祛痰和止咳作用;采用巴豆油致小鼠耳肿胀法和大鼠琼脂肉芽肿评价蝉贝口服液的抗炎作用;通过免疫器官重量法、碳粒廓清法及DNFB诱导的迟发性过敏反应评价蝉贝口服液的免疫调节作用。结果:蝉贝口服液能够增加气管酚红排泄量;明显延长小鼠的咳嗽潜伏期,减少咳嗽次数;并显著抑制小鼠耳廓肿胀度,对大鼠琼脂肉芽肿增生也有较强的抑制作用;此外,能提高小鼠胸腺指数,对小鼠的碳廓清指数无影响,明显抑制DNFB诱导的迟发性变态反应。结论:蝉贝口服液具有明显的祛痰、镇咳、抗炎以及免疫调节作用。
Objective:To observe the dispelling phlegm,relieving cough,anti-inflammatory and immunologic regulation effects of chanbei oral liquor.Methods:Phenol red excretion test,coughing test of ammonium hydroxide induction,ear edema test of croton oil and subcutaneous agar granuloma test,these experimental methods were adopted to assess the dispelling phlegm,relieving cough and anti-inflammatory effects of chanbei oral liquor,the immunologic regulation effects of chanbei oral liquor was assessed by determined immune organs' weight and carbon clearance test.Results:Chanbei oral liquor could obviously increase the phenol red excretion,prolong the latent period of cough and decrease the times of cough,significantly inhibit mice's ear edema and the hyperplasia of subcutaneous agar granuloma.Chanbei oral liquor could raise thymus index of mice and have no effect on carbonic clearances of macrophages.Conclusion:Chanbei oral liquor had the effects of dispelling phlegm,relieving cough,anti-inflammatory and immunologic regulation.
