摘要
目的:探讨抗肿瘤药不良反应发生的特点,为临床安全用药提供参考。方法:收集某院2004～2008年的抗肿瘤药不良反应报告表661例,对抗肿瘤药不良反应所涉及的患者性别、年龄、药品、给药途径、临床表现、级别等项目进行定量分析。结果:661例报告表中,男430例(65.05%),女231例(34.95%),60岁以上的患者发生药品不良反应(ADR)191例(38.43%);涉及64种抗肿瘤药,涉及怀疑药物共计1 145例次;居前3位的药物是顺铂(210例次)、氟尿嘧啶(135例次)、奥沙利铂(124例次);静脉注射给药1 027例次(89.69%);涉及ADR临床症状共计1 566例次,消化系统损害773例次(49.36%)居首位;发生新的、严重的ADR共242例,占36.61%。结论:收集整理抗肿瘤药不良反应报告,定量分析、综合评价其基本信息,有助于促进抗肿瘤药临床合理应用,保障患者安全用药。
Objective：To probe into the characteristics of adverse drug reactions （ADR） caused by antitumor drugs and to provide some rational clinical guidance. Method：661 reports of adverse reactions caused by antitumor drugs were collected in a 3A-Grade Hospital from January 2004 to December 2008 and statistically analyzed in respect of patients＇ sex and age, involved drugs, routes of administration, clinical manifestations, rating of correlated factors, etc. Result ： Of the 661 cases, 65.5% were male cases （430） and 34.95 % , female cases ; 191 cases （ 38.43 % ） were the elderly at the age of more than 60 and 1 145 case-times were involved in 64 kinds of antitumor drugs. The incidence rate of ADRs induced by cisplatin （210 case-times）, fluorouracil （135 case-times） and oxaliplatin （124 case-times） took the front 3 places in the sequence. Drugs for intravenous administration resulted in the highest rate with 1027 case-times （89.69%）. 1566 adverse reactions occurred, of which there were 773 cases of digestive system lesion （49.36%） that ranked the First. The incidence rate of new and severe ADR was 36.6% , accounting for 242 cases. Conclusion：The collection and arrangement of adverse drug reactions and analysis and evaluation of their basic information were helpful to ensure and promote safe and rational clinical administration.
