七氟醚吸入麻醉对腹腔镜手术患者血流动力学和血浆一氧化氮/内皮素-1的影响 被引量:8

摘要 腹腔镜手术在临床上应用广泛,但术中CO2气腹会对患者的血流动力学产生一定的干扰,对麻醉的要求也日益提高.七氟醚是一种诱导快、苏醒快、血气分配系数低(0.63)、对循环抑制作用小的新型吸入麻醉药,近年来在临床上应用日趋广泛.本研究观察七氟醚和异氟醚吸入麻醉对腹腔镜胆囊切除手术(LC)患者血流动力学和血浆一氧化氮(NO)/内皮素-1(ET-1)的影响.
