摘要
七氟烷是一种新型的吸入麻醉剂,吸入和诱导迅速,可控性佳。了解七氟烷对心血管系统的影响可使麻醉医师在临床应用时扬长避短,得心应手。文章从七氟烷对心脏功能影响、临床循环动力学改变及机制方面综述目前临床研究现状。
Sevoflurane is a new type inhalation anesthetics with quick inspiration, rapid induction and fine controllability. Recognizing the influence of sevoilurate on cardiovascular system can guide doctors to use it well in clinic such as adopting its advantages arid avoiding its disadvantages. This article reviews the clinical study status of sevotlurane in its effect on cardiac function, changes of clinical circular dynamics arid their mechanism respectively.
