摘要
用螺旋藻藻粉及其多糖、多糖蛋白提取物进行小鼠抗疲劳试验观察,结果表明,多糖及多糖蛋白能显著延长小鼠游泳运动耐力时间和降低血清尿素氮(BUN)增量,表明多糖是螺旋藻发挥抗疲劳作用的主要生物活性物质.
In this paper, the anti-fatigue effect of ploysaccharide & polysaccharide-protein of Spirulina platensis on mice is studied. The results show that the polysaccharide and the polysaccharide-protein can prolong the moving endurance time of mice and reduce the increase quantity of blood urea nitrogen of mice evidently. It is proposed that polysaccharide from Spirulina platen-sis is a main bioactive anti-fatigue material for mice.
