摘要
以数据库系统为核心的管理信息系统,实现了对大量数据进行有效的管理和处理,但只能提供数据查询形式的信息.用户最终关心的是如何利用数据库中的大量数据,这就需要建立模型.随着对海洋系统研究的深入,所建立的模型将会越来越多.自然也就产生了对这些大量模型的管理和利用问题,即建立模型库系统.与数据库相似,它是由模型库及其管理系统构成.模型库是综合利用大量数据(即数据库)的工具.本文讨论了模型库的表示形式、组织结构、模型字典及模型文件等海洋生态模型库系统的建库规范.
The core of information system(MIS) is the database system. However MIS can only provide the information for inquiring. To make use of the vast amount of data in the database is the next step work of developing information systems. As the model is a powerful tool of making use of database, it is necessary for a large number of models to develop the model-base system. The paper presents the marine ecosystem model-base system (MEMBS), which contains two main parts; the model -base and its management system. Then it discusses the expression and the structure of the marine ecosystem model-base, and its model dictionary and model files.
