摘要
为检测天然留兰香油中香芹酮的含量，采用游离羟胺法和中性亚硫酸盐法，并对这两种方法进行比较，结果表明：中性亚硫酸盐法更快捷简便，更适合于工业生产中现场跟踪检测。
Quantity of carvone in spearmint oil is detected by using the free hgdroxyamine method and the neutral sulfite method. The results demonstarate that the latter is more accurate and convinient than the former It is suitable for tracking detection in work field
