摘要
研究了麸皮水解液在L-异亮氨酸发酵中的代料作用。找出了麸皮水解液在L-异亮氨酸发酵中种子和发酵培养中的最佳添加量为1．5％，产酸率提高1．5倍。
Using wheat bran hydrolyzate in L-isdeucine fermentation, we find the optimal additive quantity in L-isdeucine fermentation. The acid productivity is elevated to 1. 5 times of the original.
