摘要
以维生素E和鱼油为原料制备的ω-3PUFA为底物,对脂肪酸Lipozmpe酶促合成鱼油多烯脂肪酸维生素E酯的反应条件进行了研究。结果表明:在正乙烷溶剂反应体系中,当底物质量分数配比(VE/PUFA)为2:1时,37℃下搅拌速率为200r/min,加入4A分子筛,反应4h,酯合成转化率可达78.50%。
Using vitaminE and ω-3PUFA(made of fishoil) as substrate, we have studied the reactive condition under which Polyunsaturated fatty acid in fish oil and vitaminE are catalyzed and syntesized by means of Lipozyme. The experiment result shows that, by using n - hexane as solvent, with substrate ratio 2: 1 (VE/PUFA, w/w), with stirving speed of 200 r/min under the temperature of 37℃, by adding 4A moleculan sieve, after four - hour reaction the conversion of ester synthesis amounts to 78. 50 %.
