Preparation of Biomedical SiO_2-Al_2O_3-P_2O_5-CaO-CaF_2 System Powder by the Sol-Cel Method

摘要 采用Sol-Gel法制备了SiO2-Al2O3-P2O5-CaO-CaF2系生物无机粉末。运用DTA和XRD等研究手段对粉末的结构性能进行了研究。结果表明,粉末中含有与骨、牙齿成分相近的Ca3(PO4)2和有助于水泥硬化反应的AlPO4晶相,说明了该粉末可用于制备性能良好的生物无机水泥。 We have prepared the SiO2-Ai2O3-P2O5-CaO-CaF2 system biomedical inorganic powder, using the Sol-Gel method The microstructure of powder is investigated by DTA and XRD. The results indicate that the powder includes Ca3 (PO4 )2 and AlPO4 crystallites. Ca3 (PO4 )2 is similar with the components of human bone and tooth, which affords the powder good biocompatibility. On the other hand, AlPO4 is capable of facilitating the reaction of the powder and the liquid. Therefore, the powder can be used for preparing biomedical inorganic cements.
