摘要 鸡蛋过敏是婴幼儿最常见的食物过敏问题,主要表现为皮肤症状、消化道症状或呼吸道症状。卵类黏蛋白(ovomucoid)、卵白蛋白(ovalbumin)、卵转铁蛋白(ovotransferrin)、溶菌酶(lysozyme)以及卵黏蛋白(ovomucin)是鸡蛋中主要几种过敏原,卵类黏蛋白是最具代表性的抗原,并且与预后密切相关。鸡蛋过敏的主要治疗措施是鸡蛋回避,而特异性免疫治疗仍在实验研究阶段。 Egg allergy is one of the most common food allergies in infants,mainly manifested as skin,gastrointestinal or respiratory symptoms.Ovomucoid,ovalbumin,ovotransferrin,lysozyme and ovomucin are major egg allergens.Ovomucoid is the most representative of egg antigens,which is closely linked with prognosis.Management of egg allergy is strictly avoidance.Specific immunotherapy is still in experimental stage.
