组织工程骨神经及血管化构建的研究进展

摘要 随着组织工程骨研究的不断深入,如何构建大体积组织工程骨并使其在体内存活且迅速发挥作用,成为目前面临的主要问题.带有神经支配和血管系统的复合组织工程骨的构建符合仿生学观点,是理想的解决方案.如何在构建组织工程骨的同时重建其血液供应和神经支配,是组织工程骨从基础研究向临床应用过渡的关键问题.
