摘要 1998年3月-2009年3月,我院应用自体腓骨头移植治疗桡骨远端骨巨细胞瘤12例,未行血管吻合,临床效果满意,报道如下。1材料与方法1.1病例资料本组12例,男18例,女4例,年龄18-42岁。右侧7例,左侧5例。病理分级：1级8例,2级4例。破坏范围：φ3-5 cm,皮质骨菲薄或穿破。
