摘要
目的:探讨瘤段切除结合肿瘤型假体置换在四肢邻关节部位骨巨细胞瘤保肢治疗中的临床效果。方法:25例四肢邻关节部位骨巨细胞瘤患者,采用瘤段广泛切除、肿瘤型假体置换治疗。结果:25例患者均获得随访,随访时间为9-65个月,根据Enneking评分标准评定术后肢体功能,优18例,良4例,差3例,优良率88.0%。25例患者均无复发、远处转移、感染、假体松动和折断。结论:瘤段切除结合肿瘤型假体置换是四肢邻关节部位骨巨细胞瘤保肢治疗的有效方法,能减少复发和转移及提高临床治疗效果。
Objective： To explore clinical effect of tumor section removal and tumor-type prosthesis replacement to limb salvage surgery on extremity giant cell tumor.Methods： A total of 25 patients with extremity giant cell tumor were treated with the tumor section removal and tumor-type prosthesis replacement.Results： All 25 patient were followed up for 9-65 months.The results were evaluated by Enneking evaluating system,excellent in 18 patients,good in 4,fair in 3.Extremity excellent and good rate was 88.0%.There was no recurrence,diatant metastasis,infection,loosening and fracture in all patients.Conclusion： Tumor section removal and tumor-type prosthesis replacement was one of the effective methods of limb salvage procedures for treatment of extremity giant cell tumor,with low recurrence or metastasis rate and good functional recovery of limbs.
