摘要 缺血再灌注损伤(ischemia reperfusion injury,IRI)是指局部组织器官的血流供应被阻断,当血流再灌注时会发生相应的损伤加重的情况。以往人们对缺血再灌注损伤机制的研究着重于氧自由基损伤、能量代谢、细胞内钙超载、白细胞黏附与内皮细胞损伤等理论,而目前细胞因子在IRI中的作用越来越被关注,其中最新研究表明Th17细胞所分泌的IL-17在IRI过程中起到重要作用,现将这方面的最新研究进展做一概述。 In ischemia reperfusion,blood supply to tissues and organs was blocked,and blood flowing can aggravate the situation of tissue injury during reperfusion.In the past,studies were focused on the oxygen free radical damage,energy metabolism,intracellular calcium overload,leukocyte adhesion,endothelial cell injury and other theories about ischemia-reperfusion injury(IRI) mechanism.However,the role of cytokines in IRI is increasingly reported recently.The latest research shows that IL-17-secreting Th17 cells play an important role in the process of IRI.In this article,the roles of Thl7 cells and the cytokine IL-17 in ischemia-reperfusion injury are summarized.【
