摘要
本文用扫描电镜(SEM)研究微胶囊化茴香油的超微结构。观察了不同工艺制得的微胶囊的表面结构:结合不同的样品处理观察微胶囊的内部结构。研究表明:不同工艺条件对微胶囊的结构有很大影响,从而影响到产品的质量。用环氧树脂处理不能观察到微胶囊真实的内部结构而用HM20包埋或用物理研磨法处理样品都有能观察到微胶囊真实的内部结构。微胶囊超微结构的研究为分析影响产品质量的因素提供了重要证据。
Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) has been applied to the study on the superstructure of various microencapsulated star anise oil.The surface of microencapsules made with differents methods have been observed and inner structures were researched by SEM combined with development of preparation techniques.The microencapsulation technology has effects on the structure of microencapsulated products,and affects the qualities of products.For examination of inner structure of microencapsulated samples,Resin EP812 is not suitable embedding material but HM20 suitable.The physical preparation is good method for observing of inner structure.The research about superstructure can give the information for the quality of microencapsulated products.
