摘要
特许权期是BOT项目特许权协议中重要的参数,关系到项目参与者的利益分配问题,是BOT项目的顺利运行的有效前提。介绍了特许权期重要性,分析了影响特许权期的因素,建立了合理的BOT项目特许权期计算模型,并通过算例对模型进行了验证,为今后的研究提供了参考。
As the effectively premise of BOT project＇s successfully operation,concession period is a crucial parameter in the concession agreement,which is usually related to profits distribution of project participants＇.This dissertation mainly introduces the importance of the concession period,and analysis all possible factors that influence it.Besides,not only the reasonable analytical model for BOT project was created,and verificated via a great many numerical examples,but also provides helpful reference data for future study.
