摘要
在人口众多,而人口素质相对较差的我国,推行人力资源会计具有必要性,人力资源会计的主要内容是,人力资源会计的确认,人力资源会计的计量和人力资源会计的报告等,人力资源会计研究目前存在的问题及解决的方法。
Due to the heavy population and relatively low population quality, it is necessary to promote the human resource accounting in China. The main content of the human resource accounting includes the affirmation , the computation and report etc. The author puts forward the problems existed in the current situation and its solutions.
