摘要
目的 研究大鼠大脑中动脉缺血后环氧合酶－２（ｃｙｃｌｏｏｘｙｇｅｎａｓｅ－２，ＣＯＸ－２）的表达。方法 采用栓线法制备大脑中动脉缺血模型，利用免疫组化方法检测ＣＯＸ－２ 表达情况。结果 脑缺血区的周围大脑皮质及远隔的海马回区域有ＣＯＸ－２ 蛋白质表达。结论 在ＣＯＸ－２
Objective Made ischemic models of middle cerebral artery in rat and expression of cyclooxygenase 2. Methods Thread technique was used to make ischemic models of middle cerebral artery and measure expression of cyclooxygenase 2 by immun ohistochemistry. Result There was expression of cyclooxygenase 2 in surroundings cortex of cerebral ischemia and remote hippocampus. Conclusion accelerae metabolism of arachidonic acid can be in these regions.
