软骨肉瘤的治疗进展 被引量：4

摘要 针对软骨肉瘤化疗耐药性和放射治疗抵抗,本文就近期研究进展进行简要综述,包括了放射治疗和p16、Bcl-2、Bcl-xL、XIAP的关系,化学治疗中替代药物靶点和针对血管生成的应用,端粒酶活性与P-醣蛋白介导的软骨肉瘤化学治疗抵抗。
