摘要
抗中性粒细胞胞浆抗 体(ANCA)对系统性血管炎、炎症性肠炎等疾病的诊断与鉴别诊断具有重要意义。ANCA已成为自身免疫性疾病重要的临床常规检测项目。本文着重介绍了ANCA特异性靶抗原性质、ANCA临床应用价值及实验室检测方法。
Antineutrophil cytoplasmic an-tibodies (ANCA) play a significant role in diag-nosis of systemic vasculitis, inflammatory bowel disease and other autoimmune dis-eases. ANCA have become an important method in clinical routine diagnosis of autoim-
mune diseases. This article will review the specific target antigen of ANCA, the values of clinical application and the methods of labora-tory detection to ANCA.
